Let's Get Started ...

Hello and welcome!

My name is Kerri Powers. I'm a certified personal trainer with NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), CPR/AED certified through The American Red Cross, and principle of an in house and online personal training company, Powers of 2 Fitness, servicing CT and portions of NY. I have over 10 years of experience with one on one and group training.

Powers of 2 has been established for the sole purpose of focusing on individual client needs from the comfort of home. My goal is to provide you with a professional and personalized service that will allow you to work one on one with me within your comfort zone so that we can achieve your optimal fitness and wellness goals.

Here's the deal: Many of us feel intimidated by the idea of working out in a gym or fitness center. The environment may seem somewhat overwhelming at first, especially for those of us who are just getting started or perhaps even back into the swing of a healthier lifestyle. Powers of 2 can get you moving in the right direction by providing the necessary guidance, motivation, and highest level of professionalism.

Initial evaluations include an extensive PAR-Q (questionnaire) as well as follow up with appropriate physical assessments so that the most beneficial program can be established.

I am eager to assist you in meeting your goals for a fitter, healthier, and most happy lifestyle!
